Derek Doyle is a born and raised Hamiltonian who is committed to building and contributing to the city. Having worked in the Hamilton real estate market since 2009, Derek’s efforts are focused on team growth & opportunities, community partnerships, team training & accountability, and seeing all transaction through to completion. He was a finalist for the Young Entrepreneurs of the Year award and was named one of the Top 40 Under 40 in 2015. He has also been named as an Alumni of Distinction from Mohawk College. Derek just finished his term as chairman of the Young Entrepreneurs & Professionals (YEP) and as a board member of multiple committees such as the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce and Hamilton Hive. Derek is a Broker at Keller Williams Complete Realty and a co-founder at Mezcal TNT and Uno Mas Bar in downtown Hamilton.
Born and raised in Hamilton, Dan is a Real Estate Broker with extensive knowledge of commercial and investment real estate. Dan is on his way to becoming a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), otherwise known as a Commercial Expert, and was recently recognized as one of Hamilton’s Young Professionals for his work in Hamilton. He also thrives in the Hamilton residential market and, with 100% listings-to-sales ratios, he excels in his field. Dan was also recently awarded a seat on the Board of Directors for the Hamilton Division Apartment Association, where he will be helping to ensure both landlords and tenants receive adequate representation.
Steve has over 20 years’ experience in home renovations and heritage building restoration. He has owned and overseen several construction projects and has transitioned his experience into his role as commercial realtor.

Ben has an abundance of experience in creating and analyzing large sets of data and is instrumental in guiding our clients through the collection, processing, and completion of due diligence.
As our in-house Research Analyst, Mark is responsible for providing our team and clients with valuable analytics and market insights. Utilizing his professional background as a Senior Accountant, and later as a Property Manager, he is able to identify market trends and provide high-level property and business valuations. Mark studied Business Management at Ryerson University and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Entrepreneurship. His most recent academic pursuit took place at Mohawk College where he studied Residential Design and Construction.
